After checkout
You provide the information. We verify, configure, test, and take you live.
Complete your onboarding information online. Once we have everything we need, North Star verifies and configures your system and gets you live within 24–72 hours.
- Check out. Your onboarding opens straight away, and the link is emailed to you so you can come back to it.
- Tell us about your business online: your number, hours, services, the questions you get asked, who gets which calls, your voice. It saves as you go.
- We review it, configure your system and place test calls. If anything is missing we tell you exactly what.
- You go live. Most standard setups are live within 1–3 business days after all required onboarding information is complete.
Prices in US dollars; sales tax where it applies. Yearly billing is twelve months for about ten months' price, and every yearly price ends in .99; the exact saving is shown in your total. Setup is once, and covers the part that is actually work: verifying what you gave us, configuring your number, hours, answers and calendar, and test calls before you go live. “Start with this” takes you to a secure Stripe checkout for exactly what you built; your card details never touch our servers. Checkout does not make a business live: the 24–72 hours run from when your onboarding information is complete. Larger and custom setups — Growth, several locations, custom connections — begin with an onboarding call and get their own timeline.
